Tour muy recomendable con Carlos. Es un tour que se hace muy ameno y no exento de contenido, ya que lo explica con mucho arte sin perder rigor histórico y artístico. Ha sido un placer conocer la historia de Jerez de la mano de Carlos.
Buen trabajo el de Carlos, divertido y dinámico.
Carlos is the perfect host. He is a natural storyteller. His knowledge and love for Jerez is palpable. He managed to keep us entertained and engaged throughout the tour.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with GuruWalk. After booking our tour in Jerez, our guide, Carlos, contacted us the evening before. He informed us that it wasn't yet clear whether the tour could take place, as we were the only ones interested (two adults). We then asked Carlos to let us know by 9:00 a.m. the next morning at the latest whether the tour would take place, as we had a longer journey of about an hour. Unfortunately, Carlos didn't contact us until 25 minutes before the scheduled meeting time to inform us that the tour was canceled. He hadn't responded to our prior text messages or calls. We didn't find this to be customer-friendly or professional.
Quedé gratamente sorprendida con el guía Carlos. Fue súper agradable, simpático, con mucho conocimiento y se nota que es un apasionado de su tierra Jerez. Nos explicó muchísimas curiosidades de la ciudad y nos recomendó más cositas para hacer en la ciudad. Sin duda lo recomiendo!!
