Hola, me llamo Edwin Carrillo. Vivo en San Salvador. Realmente disfruto trabajar con viajeros de todo el mundo, y también proporciono consejos de viaje gratuitos para aquellos que lo necesitan. Vielen Dank für die Tour. Es ist schwierig immer alle Personen beieinander zu haben, da das Lauftempo unterschiedlich ist. Nichts desto trotz einen roten Faden haben und dass beide Guides/Gurus am gleichen Strik ziehen (z.T. gingen die Wege auseinander). Zudem müssten beide Gurus (v.a. Jess) genau wissen was erzählt wird (David hatte sie z.T. korrigieren müssen). Leider bis zum Schluss unklar was mit San Salvador passiert ist, wie die aktuelle Lage ist, was die Chinesen hier aufbauen werden etc. Länge Tour i.O. Gurus haben mehrmals nachgefragt ob es uns gefällt oder wir was brauchen (was gut ist!)
Very frustrating - was told the English tour was cancelled but there was still a Spanish tour available. Ok, no worries. Went to the meeting spot at 9am and nobody turned up. I woke up early, and paid for a 30 minute taxi and wasted my time with no communication or explanation. The tourism industry in El Salvador is just starting to pick up, due in part to the current president trying to make this beautiful country safer. I suggest you treat the few tourists that are in El Salvador a little better. Reading the other reviews it seems like this is a good tour, and I was looking forward to learning about the capital. Do better.
