With quiet, empty streets, you can truly take in the beauty and atmosphere at a relaxed pace. Our guide, Ana, is a historian with an impressive depth of knowledge about Split’s rich past. She delivered the tour in such an engaging and entertaining way that it felt less like a history lesson and more like a captivating story unfolding around us. Her passion for the city really shines through. Since there were hardly any tourists visiting at that time, we were the only participants — which meant we had a completely private tour. Even our dog was welcome to join, making the experience even more special and personal. I can wholeheartedly recommend this free walking tour. Ana, you were fantastic — 10/10!
