Kaster (sorry for any mis-spelling.. it was last month) was one of the best guides I have experienced. He was both knowledgeable and gave easy to understand explanations on the history, government and culture within Riga and Latvia itself. I believe the entire group enjoyed his company and his sense of humor as a bonus.
