Soy un orgulloso hijo de Olhão, nacido y criado en las tradiciones de este pueblo pesquero. La historia de mi ciudad corre por mis venas, vivida por generaciones de mi familia que dedicaron sus vidas al mar y a la cultura local. Con un profundo sentido de misión, dejé atrás 20 años como educador para asumir este reto: acercar a visitantes y lugareños, creando una experiencia auténtica donde cada viajero se sienta como en casa. Apasionado por las artes, la geografía y la narración, prometo compartir cada historia que hace de Olhão un lugar verdaderamente único. Muchas de estas historias fueron transmitidas por mi familia, y hoy, me enorgullece contárselas a mis hijos. Ahora, quiero compartirlas contigo. ¡Ven y vive Olhão desde el corazón!
Luís is a very friendly man full of enthusiasm about his city. It was hard to understand his English and the pace of the tour was slow. I’ve heard he’s going to get some help on his English. I think once he speaks better English, the tour will be great!
Luis shared his a very interesting perspective on Olhão. I visited the city many times but had no idea of much of the background that Louise presented. Luis is a part time teacher which shows in his willingness to answer questions and explain Olhão’s underlying social issues

Luis was absolutely fantastic . The walking tour was brilliant from start to finish. He has a very unique tour with lots of interesting facts mixed with his own lived experience which really added to the tour for us .
