was a good tour through beautiful places in the city. The only disadvantage was that the tour guide wanted us to pay a minimum of 10 euros per person. We think that's quite a lot for a tour where you can decide for yourself what you want to give

I had the walking tour with Mahmud in Chefchaouen and it was lucky for me and my partner to be the only ones in the walking tour that day. Even though we were going to be late in the walking tour because of lunch, he was still open to change the meeting point to the restaurant where we were having lunch. Then, as soon as we met him, the interaction was really great. He showed us the best spots and even the simples history behind the blue houses. Also he showed us how the locals do the khobz (the traditional moroccan bread) and took photos of us in some of the "instagramable" spots of the city. We felt that we could be there listening to Mahmud much more time, because his the walking tour was really engaging and cool. We even asked him another cool destinations close to Chefchaouen and he recommended some good spots in Tangier (where we were staying) and in Tetouan. I definitely recommend you to have his tour, you will not regret.
