I had booked a walking tour in Guangzhou with Janet through GuruWalk. Unfortunately, I received a message from her the night before (Saturday at 22:20) informing me that the tour scheduled for the next morning was canceled due to bad weather. Since the tour didn’t take place, I was a little confused when I later received an email from GuruWalk asking me to write a review. Could you please clarify whether this tour is marked as canceled in the system, and if it might be rescheduled? I appreciate Janet’s quick communication, but I would like some clarification from both Janet and GuruWalk on why the tour was canceled
Janet is a very engaging guide who was forthcoming when answering my questions about life in Guangzhou. Her itinerary is flexible and you can, within reason, replace places if they are not interesting for you. She’s a good source of everything you need to know of what to see and do in Guangzhou. Highly recommended.
Janet was a fantastic tour guide. She included some interesting spots on the tour and was knowledgeable about Guangzhou's history and culture. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a warm, friendly welcome to the city.
