It was a pleasant surprise that my party was the only ones on the tour so we had Mitch’s full attention. He was super professional and kind, provided us with good information and answers questions well. He gave us recommendations on where to visit around the city. Would recommend to others, thank you Mitch!
Excellent tour today with Ian, what a fountain of knowledge he shared with us. Very professional and answered any questions put to him during the tour, also threw in a few jokes along the way. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone considering taking a tour.
This tour by Ian Mitchley was the best I've ever been on (I do a lot of walking tours). His deep knowledge of the layers of history in the City of London was put together in an interesting -- and entertaining -- way. Clear, insightful, and open to answering random questions or even to tailoring his talk to fit his audience's interests. If I hadn't had play tickets for the next day, I would have booked another tour by Ian. Definitely a highlight of my time in London! (And shout out to GuruWalks who offer the BEST walking tours!)
