I had a fantastic walking tour with Dulce in Querétaro. Over the course of two hours, I learned a great deal about the city’s history, from its indigenous roots to the Spanish colonial period and its role in Mexican history. We visited many important squares, parks, churches, monuments, and historical landmarks throughout the old town. What stood out most was Dulce’s depth of knowledge and her ability to explain complex historical topics in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-follow way. She provided plenty of context and interesting details that brought the city to life. The tour was highly informative, very well structured, and never felt rushed or boring. The two hours passed surprisingly quickly because every stop added something new and interesting. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Querétaro who wants to gain a deeper understanding of the city’s culture, history, and heritage. Dulce is an archeologist and has a deep level of knowledge and education about the Queretaro, the history of rhe city, rhe meaning of structures like building, fountains and statues that are a part of the tour. She asks questions in the beginning to adapt the tour to what the walkers are most interested in.
Dulce was extremely professional and knowledgable. Heading out with her was like walking around with a friend. She was flexible, attentive and an all around great person. I will find her the next time I'm in Querétaro again.
Dulce's tour was great. I learned so much about Querétaro's history. Starting at the overlook of the auquduct is brilliant because we missed the crowds of downtown until the end.
