Me apasiona la fotografía, los viajes y la historia. Soy vegetariana y me encanta compartir mi ciudad con los visitantes interesados. También soy fotógrafa gastronómica para marcas con estrellas Michelin y bebidas internacionales, con un posgrado en gestión de marketing y más de 20 años de trayectoria profesional en el mundo empresarial. Considero fundamental recordar las vidas e historias de tantas mujeres que contribuyeron al desarrollo de la sociedad y que a menudo fueron silenciadas. Por eso, diseñé este recorrido por mi ciudad para contar un poco sobre estas historias.
La propuesta es excelente, la guía es muy generosa con su saber y no solo habla de las mujeres de Porto sino que te hace vivir y querer Porto su historia, su cultura, su gente. The tour you didn't knew you had to take. We had a wonderful time on this tour! Our guide was warm, passionate and knowledgeable. She made Porto´s history come alive through inspiring stories about remarkable women; often overlooked in the stories told, but not less important. It was engaging, thoughtful and insightful. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to discover Porto in a meaningful and original way!
A experiência foi incrível! Conhecer o Porto através do olhar sensível da Romena, com histórias de mulheres tão fortes foi maravilhoso. Foi um passeio completo passando pelo Palácio de Cristal, Jardim das Virtudes, Ribeira e tantos outros cantinhos da cidade que ainda não conhecia. Recomendo fortemente para aqueles que querem mergulhar na história da cidade e conhecer as mulheres que venceram barreiras de seu tempo.
My friend and I went on this tour and were so pleasantly surprised with the content. Our guide was super knowledgeable of Porto. It was a pleasure to be able to take part in this tour as it was quite interesting and offered a refreshing respective on the city’s historical women. We had the chance to walk up Calçada das Carquejeiras which was particularly our highlight. She got a feel for our walking ability and optimized the tour accordingly. We found that the information conveyed on the tour to be quite special as you could tell she had completed the research and development of the tour information herself. If you are looking for a non-generic tour of Porto that offers insights into lesser known history then we would highly recommend this tour!
