Had a fantastic tour with great insights from a local. Would definitely recommend.
If I could give him 10 stars, I would. The entire tour was fascinating, even in the rain. When possible, David changed the tour so we were inside instead of outside in the cold rain. He brought maps to illustrate the history of the area. He also brought handouts with suggestions of other places I might want to visit. His knowledge of the history of the area was amazing. I would highly recommend David as a guru for any tour. If I had stayed longer, I would have happily taken other tours with him.

Amazing route around the waterfront with a really good blend of standard and more niche points of interest. Guide is local and has lived in NYC for a long time so had a lot of interesting anecdotes on locations which would otherwise be skipped.
David was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and shared interesting facts about the spots we visited. He was also accommodating with my special walking needs. Just as advertised, David was patient when I wanted to stop to take in the scenery and was willing to take pictures of me in the scenery with my phone. Thank you for making these tours!
