The tour was fine, but we did not have the tour with Erick, instead of that we had some other guy and the information he provided was not complete.

We regret that people who make reservations, and who do not attend the scheduled activity, make these types of harmful and ill-intentioned comments; but it is out of our control. We apologize to anyone who is considering taking advantage of this excellent tour to get to know the beautiful City of Cartagena, learn about its culture and history, and feel confused when reading this evaluation. We went on a tour on Saturday with tour guide Rafael and within 3 hours got all the info neccessary and saw the historical part of Candelaria, so we definitely recommend! Rafa was an awesome guide!
