The tour itself was great, however we only found the group 30 minutes later. The email we had received had the wrong starting point and there were a lot of people (like us) waiting for the tour guide. Please have someone there redirecting the group next time.

Hello Katherine! I'm really not sure why this group didn't find the tour.. We haven't had any problems at all for the last few months and nothing has changed - we haven't changed the meeting point, nor the confirmation emails we send before the tour.
For clarification, the tour starts in the area around the Havis Amanda statue at the Christmas Market. (it's only about 50 sq meters so a very small space). We are very happy however that you did enjoy the tour! :)
