First stop is Château de Chambord, the largest castle in the Loire Valley, and the inspiration for ‘Beauty and the Beast’. You'll explore this magnificent castle, learn about its fascinating history, and climb the famous staircase said to be designed by Leonardo da Vinci. After the tour, you'll have some free time to roam the castle grounds and take in the breathtaking views.
Enjoy free time in the town of Blois, and then it’s time to visit the Château de Chenonceau, the “Ladies’ Château”. There, get a wine tasting session led by a wine expert. Discover the castle’s rich history, elegant furnishings, and stunning gardens. Take a stroll across the famous bridge, once used for extravagant parties and now a symbol of hope from WWII.

Meet your guide 15 minutes before departure at the entrance to the catacombs. He/she will be holding a sign up to identify themselves. To arrive at the Catacombs by Metro, please take Line 4 or Line 6 to the Denfert-Rochereau metro stop and exit using “Sortie 1”; the entrance to the Catacombs can be found directly across the street from this exit.
