David is a good, fun guide who knows a lot about the history of Xela and the different cultures over the centuries. takes you to Mayan markets, eateries and also shows you the trendy Xela. Everything in a very pleasant, open manner. After 5 weeks at Xela, we went out with David and learned and saw a lot more, many thanks David!

David provided great information that was both detailed and very interesting. It allowed me to have a better understanding of the history and culture of Xela. He showed us spots that I don’t think I would have found on my own in the short time I was in Xela. He periodically checked on us to make sure we were ok. His voice was a little low (for me), I had to lean in to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the tour and I’m glad I booked it! I left the tour feeling positive.

David offered the tour even tho it was just me. The information were super nice. He told me a lot about life in Guatemala and the mayan traditions. David can answer all of your questions!

David gave us a great tour of centro into areas that we had previously walked right past without noticing! I liked his storytelling and he was very knowledgeable about the city. He also had some great personal insight and stories from his family and the family of his wife. It was one of my favorite tours in Guatemala.
