The experience starts at the Monument to the eight medicine students located right at the crossroads of Paseo del Prado and Malecon streets, right in front of the new Prado Hotel. The park has small pine trees all around the 8 columns monument.
From this point we'll immerse into the Old Havana streets walking all along the Prado promenade up to the Central Park and the Capitol building while enjoying and learning the Cuban ways among all sort of different characters of the city. From skateboarding to paintings or even a street performance will nake us live the evening in the city.
Once we get to the Central Park, we'll discover the history behind José Martí, the Capitol Building and the Floridita bar. The experience continues through the different areas of the old Town helping us understand better the daily basis of the Cubans lives. We'll learn about how to deal with the different currenies, how to use them properly and howto avoid falling into the wrong hands while wandering around. The cultural walk will continue to take us around the core of Old Havana going through the Old Square, the Arms Square, the Real Force Castle the Palace of the General Captains among other surprises that linger in the city.
We'll finish our experience at the Cathedral Square, by the Bodeguita del Medio. From this point I will help you find a place to eat or to have a drink to enjoy the evening.
