Our guide Ian took us on a walking tour around the oldest parts of Tbilisi and that was tour of the century! We are huge free walking tours geeks and we were happy to have such a great 3 hours journey. His history lessons were great and so informative. Always delivered with great humor.

Would highly recommend this tour. At the end you pay what you believe the tour is worth. And bring cash as this tour is worth a lot.

I took the Grand Tour to get to know Tbilisi better. Feya, our tour guide , gave us great free walking tour. She was amazing and really knowledgeable. It took around 2,5 hours and during this time I particularly enjoyed exploring the inside of the Old Town since Feya pointed out things and interesting details that you wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

I'm huge fan of free walking tours because I love the fact that it can be customized to fit exactly what we what unlike a one size fits all type of tour. Thumbs Up!!!

The best walking tour I have ever experienced, informative, fun and colorful commentaries! Our guide Ian was extremely professional, knowledgeable, with great sense of humor. He made history come alive and kept the tour interesting for our whole group as well as giving tips during the break and at the end in terms of other sights he would recommend good restaurants and pubs, and going around the country.

Thank you, Free Tours Tbilisi Hack and Ian in particular - we loved the tour!

I was in Tbilisi for almost a full week and did the free walking tour on my last full day. I was a bit curious about whether I would just be seeing the same sights that I had already seen, and to my surprise, almost everything was new to me! Feya was an excellent guide, so full of energy and knowledge about Tbilisi. She clearly loves doing the tours and it shows, plus she was able to manage a fairly large group without even breaking a sweat.

I am so glad that I did this tour despite it being my last full day in Tbilisi. I had a lovely time and met some fantastic people. Thank you, Feya.

Nana was so lovely, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, funny, engaging and bubbly! She felt like a friend straight away and it was comfortable and fun exploring the city with her. She gave so many interesting historical insights and fun little stories and legends that we would never have known otherwise, it really is the best way to see the city and begin to feel at home! One of the best and most valuable experiences I've had in my world travels, feel in love with Tbilisi and the Georgians immediately. I'd recommend this tour to anyone, if you do one thing in Tbilisi make it the walking tour.

We really loved this tour, it was one of the best free walking tours we've done compared to other cities. Our guide Ian was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He started with a talk that was really helpful, and was able to play it by ear when the funicular was closed due to wind. Would definitely do this again and recommend it to other travelers to learn more about Tbilisi!
