Our journey begins at the Nine Holy Cannons, symbols of strength and guardianship, before crossing into the heart of the Citadel. At the Five-Phoenix Pavilion, admire sweeping views fit for an emperor. Inside the Hall of Supreme Harmony (Thái Hòa Palace), learn of imperial ceremonies and the power they represented. The To Mieu Temple Complex and Nine Dynastic Urns reveal the lineage and legacies of 13 Nguyen emperors.

From there, we pause at the Royal Theater, where the music of the court once floated through the night. At the ruins of Kiến Trung Palace, hear a tale of love and ambition touched by European influence. We then wander into the peaceful Hạ Cơ Garden, a retreat once enjoyed by empresses, and finish our walk at Hiển Nhơn Gate, the Gate of Virtue, or guide you to the Perfume River for one last quiet moment.
