Guiando desde 2026El chef latinoamericano David Farfán, guatemalteco de nacimiento, creció en la ciudad de Santiago, hoy conocida como Antigua Guatemala, y en un principio aspiraba a ser agrónomo. Sin embargo, tras trabajar con cultivos de hortalizas, descubrió un gran potencial no solo en su cultivo, sino también en su preparación. Su pasión y creatividad por la gastronomía lo llevaron a regresar a la universidad para completar un programa de Artes Culinarias en la Ciudad de Guatemala. Su dedicación y talento natural lo llevaron posteriormente a Río de Janeiro, Brasil, donde se formó en Artes Culinarias con algunos de los chefs más reconocidos de la región.
