How It Works
Upon booking, you will need to select whether you wish to have access to 3, 4, or 5 of the attractions in the city. Remember that each attraction can be visited only once.
A start date is required at the time of booking; however, you can utilize the advantages of the Go City Paris Explorer Pass for 12 months from your booking date. The pass will activate once you visit your first attraction. At each site, simply present the respective QR codes on your mobile device received after booking.
The pass remains valid for 30 days from activation. Note that access to each attraction is permitted only once.
Children Under 2
The Go City Paris Explorer Pass is designed for children aged 2 to 17 years. Free entry is typically offered for children under 2 at most included attractions. We recommend checking individual attraction websites for further details.

This voucher isn't a valid ticket and can't be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access Paris tourist attractions.
You'll find a PDF file attached to your confirmation e-mail. You must check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you don't receive the PDF within 72 hours, please contact us: https://www.civitatis.com/en/contact/
Downloading the electronic pass won't activate it. In order to use your tourist pass, you must present the QR code that appears on your electronic pass at the entrance to the attractions.
It's therefore important that the PDF you save with the QR codes is compatible with your mobile phone so that it can be easily opened and displayed on your device when you access the attractions.
How Does It Work?
The Go Paris Explorer Pass gives you complete flexibility - you can decide on the spot which of the included attractions you'll take advantage of during your stay in Paris. You'll have free access to 3, 4 or 5 of the city's attractions, depending on the option you choose.
The Go Paris Explorer Pass gives you access to each attraction once and is valid for 30 days from when it's activated:
Local holidays may affect the opening of some of the attractions included in the pass. Closures due to public holidays won't result in a partial or total refund of the card price.
Although a start day is requested when making the reservation, you can use the pass during the 12 months following the date of reservation.
