We booked the tour with another guide at 10am. Then we received a one-day notice that the tour was cancelled due to guide's health issues, and we were switched to 6pm with another guide. Unfortunately that time didn't work for us and we ended up going to Trogir by ourselves.

Only 1 small suggestion, don't be afraid to talk about tips. It's your salary, I was shocked to see 4 people didn't leave anything. Sometimes it's OK to remind about tips.
