We had a confirmed reservation with Hisam and were at the agreed-upon location with plenty of time to spare, but he was a no-show and didn't even bother to cancel. This was a very poor experience.
Hisam was very polite and helpful. He actually did the tour with only two people attending. However, I would like a bit more interesting stops and more stories about each place. Also, I would like less time given to the souks and more on places of interest. Even the souks can be used to tell interesting stories about the old times or even today.
