Our passion start and is inspired by the enchanted island of São Luís- MA, for its greatness in natural attractions, its gastronomic delights and cultural diversity. The Encantour was born in May 2022 with the aim of promoting even more the wonders of our Maranhão. Mauricio is a Sao Luis local who works at one of the city's museums. He was knows a lot about the history of the city and provided a good introduction to the historic centre.

Sao Luis is definitely worth a visit. The city is charming and has a rich history. This tour provides you just enough insights into this lovely place. The tour took 1.5 hours instead of the advertised 2.5 - which in my opinion is enough for the smaller historical city center. Our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable! :) His English should be improved to make communication easier. Other than that, I highly recommend the tour
