I am proudly Zapotec, and I have a great interest in sharing the cuisine, recipes, dishes, culture, and traditions of my people.
I really enjoyed this tour. I got to try a wide variety of authentic, traditional dishes from different regions of Oaxaca. I had never heard of funeral mole or wedding adobo before, the variety of flavors and options truly surprised me.

Our tour guide Lupita went above and beyond to accommodate our family that includes meat lovers, a vegetarian, and a few with nut allergies. We enjoyed the tour very much!
