As soon as we arrived, they asked are you ok with recommended tip of $20 per person. We said we can offer $15 per person as we are family of 4 and $60 should be fair for a 1 hour tour and the guide called her boss, spoke for 15 mins and said they can’t do less than $20 per person and they cancelled our tour. It shouldn’t be in free tour list if they can’t accept what we can pay. We took an uber to arrive to this place and this happened. Extremely disappointing.
Take the tour it's great 1hr long free coffee it's great
Highly recommend! Was so good learning about every step of the coffee process. Lots of hands on experience smelling, tasting, processing and roasting coffee. And I got to buy the coffee I just roasted! Sophie was an excellent guide.
Este tour es muy recomendado! Lauri maneja muy bien la información, es amena y agradable. Aprendimos mucho sobre el café y sus procesos. Excelente tour!
