This was a great night tour of Osaka and a highlight of my visit. It was very interesting and took me to places and experiences I definitely wouldn’t have discovered or done on my own. The guide(can’t remember his name, he was Chinese) made the evening engaging and enjoyable, sharing insights, stories, and local knowledge that added a lot of depth to the experience. It felt authentic and gave me a better understanding of Osaka’s nightlife and culture. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Osaka in a fun, interesting, and memorable way
We absolutely loved our walking tour of Kyoto with Hana. The three hours flew by! She gave us a look into both Kyoto and Japanese culture, shared unique nuances about the city and gave us recommendations of sites and restaurants that helped to shape the rest of our days in the city.
Matt delivered a great evening walking tour that went beyond the usual highlights. In a small group, he created space for real conversation and deeper understanding. He did not show us the highlights, he pulled back the curtain on aspects of everyday Japanese life that certainly don’t make it into tourist brochures. It was informative and genuinely thought provoking. If you want insight into the ‘darker’ side, rather than surface snapshots, this tour is worth every step.
