We had a wonderful GuruWalk in Santiago de Compostela with our Guru guide Carolina who was well informed, through, responsive to questions, and entertaining. She suggested where we could buy a fresh tarte de Almendra ( Monasterio Benedictinas) and suggested places to eat which were beyond the tourist streets. My first GuruWalk was most enjoyable.
