Laura was a wonderful guide—warm, knowledgeable, and full of charm. She gave us a great introduction to Turin, sharing interesting facts and stories along the way, all with a lovely sense of humor. I especially appreciated her thoughtful tips. Thanks to her recommendations, I visited the Palazzo Reale and its beautiful gardens for free, and enjoyed the local Giandujotto chocolate with a classic Bicerin coffee—a delicious experience I wouldn’t have wanted to miss! I truly enjoyed the tour and would happily give Laura a 5-star review. Highly recommended!

It was very hard to understand and listen what guide was saying. They should work on their english. It was informative tho.
