We arrived early. I was at the correct location. It was a very busy spot but having been told to look for a light blue umbrella I found myself approaching everybody who came by with a light blue umbrella. We waited until 10 minutes after the tours scheduled start. Very disappointed as we have joined “free” walking tours all over the world and never had this problem.
