What an exceptional great tour! I have done plenty of guided tours all around the world, but Maros definitely desserves a place in my top five. He tells with a lot of passion about the history of his country and manages to make complicated episodes entertaining and fascinating. A true master of storytelling!

A great way to explore Bratislava and learn the more recent history. It was great to see a more "local" perspective than just Old Town. Loved the snack stop in the middle to try something new. Extremely informative and well paced.

Sebastian was a great tour guide. He had a passion for the information he shared and did advise that some of it would be unpleasant. I couldn’t help but tie some historical facts to what is going on in the present-day.

Must do for anyone interested in history Absolutely fantastic walk to better understand Bratislava's more recent history. Maros was very engaging, discussed complicated issues really succinctly and in a very balanced way. I learnt so much , the time flew by and having a list of film recommendations at the end to further extend the experience and learning over the next few months is such a great idea. Thanks so much Maros

He was very entertaining but a little too much ancient history. More current day sooner than later.

Tour gratuito del 20 ° secolo - Una storia oscura di Bratislava

The tour was very interesting, my husband and I learned a great deal and visited parts of the city which we would not have seen if we hadn’t taken the tour. Sebastian was very knowledgable and an engaging speaker. The subject matter was handled sensitively and there were some nice touches such as stopping at a food stall. We have a much better understanding of Slovakia having been on this tour. Highly recommend.
