Viri's tour was absolutely fantastic. We learnt a lot about the Mayans and she gave us some great tips about the best places to go around Cancun. The tour ended in a Mayan kitchen which is attached to a lovely restaurant - it was the perfect end to the day! Thank you Viri 😊

I truly enjoyed the tour. It started at the world famous Cancun sign at Playa Delfines (and I dare say it ended at the not so famous Cancun sign at City Hall). We walked through El Rey and the information shared was truly enlightening. From there we took a bus back into Cancun Centro. The bus was air conditioned, which I appreciated because it was so hot. Was it possible to walk back to Cancun Centro? Possibly, but then we would have been walking for almost three hours and only seeing the backs of hotels. From there we stopped at City Hall which was beautifully decorated in preparation for Independence Day, and then walked over to Parque de las Palapas. It was lovely to see everyone out and about enjoying the space and I intend to go back. I opted out of Mercado 28 because I had a previous injury to my ankle and at this point, I was tired. Viri is very knowledgeable and answered questions. Truly a pleasure. Ten ten would recommend.

I would really recommend this walking tour to anyone visiting Cancun. It was interesting to hear all about the history of Cancun and discover things I would have otherwise missed. Also, it was good to walk aroound Downtown with Florian, particularly as a solo traveller, and get to know different places to visit, like the market, Parque de las Palapas. It was a good length too, not too long just right. Thank you Florian!

It’s was the perfect tour in this weather it was not to long not to short The tour guy was very informational, gave us a decent history lesson. He took us to one of the most popular shops with reasonable prices and just before the last stop you’re in the Perfect area for good street food and entertainment with the locals I definitely recommend.

I was on the tour on my own, Viri was very professional, but also very friendly. I could ask as many questions as I wanted. She also took me to a beautiful store with spices close to mercado 28, where the locals shop. I highly recommend the tour

Cancun Viaggio nel Tempo: Dai Templi Maya Antichi ai Sapori Locali

Pros: 👧🏽Viri is so cute! She is bubbly and smart. She her English is good 🙂 and she is able to use Google translate to communicate if needed. 🍃 she meet us at our hotel and we used public transportation to go the the ancient Maya temple. It was very nice. She had lots of knowledge. (Adam and Olivia loved it) she helped take group/ family photos! ⛱️ we walked to the beach. The large Cancún sign.. She helped take photos ✅ went to the flea market. She was willing to share with us her local favorite spots.. however it was VERY dirty, the pavement was not even, and I truly did not feel safe. Cons: 🚌 we rode public transportation for aprox 40 mins. It was a very old bus. No AC and there was absolutely no way I could have gotten off in the event of an emergency. It was literally standing room only. But it’s truly the way the locals travel. It was a great afternoon

Viri was very thorough and entertaining. We visited the archaeological site in El Ray and she took her time to explain the Mayan culture and history of the site. Afterwards we took a bus to downtown. I felt like a local through out the tour and we also walked through the downtown. Highly recommended to see Cancun with a local guide
