Expected a big group but it was just the two of us ( to our advantage )

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Paul. He provided us with lots of interesting information and had an indepth knowledge of life in Carcassonne during the Second World War. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the history of Carcassonne during this era.

Paul es un apasionado de la historia y de la segunda guerra mundial. El tour hace un recorrido por diferentes puntos de la ciudad (no por el castillo medieval) ya que se centra en ese periodo histórico. Explica con todo lujo de detalles el contexto histórico, citas de la época, testimonios de la resistencia francesa, etc. Es divertido, expresivo y se hace entender perfectamente. Thanks Paul! Great tour on the 2nd world war, especially if you are a history buff. Very interesting information, lots of research and study were put into this by the guide. Interesting pictures and anecdotes will transport you into another era. Highly recommended.
