Artur was very engaging. He did a tour in a very fun manner so we could remember much at the end. He kept combining history and local stories. As a bonus we also had some waffle and chocolate tasting. This tour is worth every penny we tipped!

César es un guía maravilloso. Nos enseñó muchos rincones de Brujas, contándonos su historia, anécdotas y leyendas súper interesantes. Es un lugar de cuento y si te cuentan las cosas con este cariño es mucho más bonito!

The canal tour was an optional extra. Peter charged €30 which we paid him - not realising that to buy at the canals entrance was €15! Just wondering why we were charged double.

Steve was Steven was wonderful and compassionate, and we had a mixed group of adults and teenagers and young children and he was able to work the whole crowd and he was very engaging. My wife is legally blind and he treated her wonderfully omen arm through the whole tour, so compassionate and caring he is a wonderful asset to the company.
