Llegamos un poco tarde, atendió su tfno y nos incorporamos 15 minutos tarde. Nos acogió y nos unimos sin problema. Muy amable y cercano, respondiendo a todas las preguntas y contando curiosidades. Nos iba contando para no perder a ninguno durante el recorrido. Recomendable.

We were so lucky to have Francis guide us through all the different eras of history in Gibralter. We learned many interesting facts that we did not know before. Was particularly interesting was the closure of the land strip between Gib and Spain in 1969 and the effect of this on Francis and his family, very sad. Brilliant tour guide thank you so much for the opportunity to attend this tour. Very enjoyable!

Gran conocimiento de la historia, y gran profesional, por mi parte creo que da muchísima información, sobre toda la historia del lugar, solo cambiaría el ser algo más escueto en la información y hacerlo más participativo para hacerlo algo más entretenido.

Disfrutamos mucho del tour con Francis. Fue muy amable, nos contó muchas cosas de la historia y lugares emblemáticos que ver en Gibraltar. Fue un tour muy completo, lo explicó muy bien y nos fue muy útil a la hora de hacernos recomendaciones sobre dónde comer y qué ver después del tour. 100% recomendable.

Thoroughly enjoyed hearing the history of Gibraltar from a born and bred local who is passionate about his home. Learned a lot and would highly recommend.

From initial booking to the end of the tour, Francis was very polite and kept in touch via WhatsApp. On the morning of the tour, Francis advised that I was the only customer and as the weather was forecast to be extremely wet and windy, would I still be happy to proceed, or would I prefer to cancel. I decided to continue, to which Francis was more than happy to accommodate. The actual meeting went without a hitch and for the next couple of hours Francis showed me a number of sites, informing me of a lot of history of Gibraltar that I found extremely interesting. It was clear to me that Francis thoroughly enjoys imparting all his knowledge to those on his tours and suggesting other attractions to visit and I can't recommend him enough. We were lucky as the forecasted weather didn't appear and my head was buzzing with all the interesting information I had just learned. I would like to personally thank Francis for his time and wish him well for the future.

Lovely tour with a knowledgeable guide, great introduction to Gibratar for first time visitors. I managed to book my tour for the wrong day so missed the original booking, Geraldine was very helpful and let us join the tour on the day we actually visited 😄
