Mia moglie, Nidhi ed io abbiamo viaggiato con passione ed esplorato culture diverse negli ultimi 11-12 anni. Il nostro amore per i viaggi è cresciuto solo nel corso degli anni e siamo host su varie piattaforme da agosto 2019. Abbiamo offerto oltre 1000 sessioni offline e online a ospiti provenienti da tutto il mondo, spaziando dalla cucina, alla mediazione, alle tradizioni e festival dell'India. Siamo orgogliosi di mostrare la nostra vivace cultura nel modo più semplice, rispondendo a qualsiasi domanda possano avere. This was a wonderful, genuine and heartwarming experience with Roopak and Nidhi. They welcomed us into their beautiful Delhi flat as if we were old friends and we instantly felt right at home. We laughed, chatted, cooked, ate, and learned so many things about India and its culture. The whole thing was fantastic. We would recommend this to everyone visiting Delhi, or India for that matter - especially when you first arrive! If you're looking for a fun, interesting, wholesome, comfortable, and delicious experience in Delhi, this is it. Truly a memorable and impactful experience.
Amazing experience, a great way to really be involved with Hindu & Indian culture. They are so welcoming into their home. Great communication straight away. They make you feel safe & recommend for solo women travellers too. It’s a husband & wife & sometimes their kids are there too depending on schedule. They were so accomodating to us as we booked really last minute & they sorted it out for us. Plus they waited for over an hour as we got delayed. Food was AMAZING. Cooking experience super fun. You learn a lot as it’s not just cooking but learning some hindu & talking and asking questions. If you want to learn more about the culture then do this!
Nidhi and Roopak were super hosts. I felt really at home with them. They’re so warm people. The cooking experience was great and a good dive into homemade daily Indian food. And the conversations about Indian culture were super helpful to better understand such a crazy and colourful country like India. And the tips to Delhi were super helpful. Really recommend!
Ich war nun insgesamt 2 Tage, ein mal zum Abendessen und ein mal zum Frühstück, vor Ort. Beide Male waren einfach großartig. Es war wirklich sehr lecker und auch die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr nette Leute. Es wurde nicht nur viel über die indische Küche geredet, sondern auch viel über die Kultur in Indien im Allgemeinen. Zudem erlangten wir einen wunderbaren Einblick in den Alltag einer normalen indischen Familie der Mittelschicht. Ich kann jedem es nur empfehlen an der Erfahrung hier teilzunehmen!
What an amazing experience. Very welcoming into their home and a super insightful few hours. They answered every question we had and had lots of things organized. The cooking was a particular highlight but a real must do if you’re in India and want to see how people live day to day. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.
