I loved Jen. She is very nice and polite and as well as a knowledgeable and imaginative tour guide. She walked us through a lovely part of the city and provided us with interesting information, fun facts and specific details of the places we visited. She has genuine love and affection for the city she lives in and she makes her guests feel more than welcome in this amazing place.
