Tomas was very informative not only about the history of Funchal and it's buildings but also generally on how to get the best from the rest of our holiday.
Tomas was a good guide for us, he really knows the History of the place. He was also helpful to be able to navigate the city with a stroller.
The guy wrote me on WhatsApp “Hi, it's Tomás from Tipsy Historical Tours. Just to give you the bad news that you booking was the only one for tomorrow so I'm going to have to cancel the tour :(. Is it possible for you to remove the booking on the platform? Also, any questions you have about madeira feel free to ask!” Couldn’t cancel because the tour didn’t exist anymore, guess maybe wasn’t true I was the only one after all. And of course I couldn’t book any other tours as he wrote me the afternoon before… so disappointed. Situation like this should be formally asked by the platform, not by WhatsApp.
