Hice la reserva con varias horas de antelación, también envié un mensaje para informar de que podía hacer el tour en español o Inglés si necesario. Nunca confirmaron mí reserva ni respondieron a mí mensaje. Me presenté lo mismo en horario y nada. No son serios

Al parecer la pagina de reservas tiene un error, pues como minimo se debe reservas 24 horas antes y vemos su reserva llego apenas dos horas antes, y si no tenia la reserva confirmada, no debio llegar al punto de encuentro, lamentamos no pudisese disfrutar del recorrido

It is general information that is offered to the tourist even before booking in the description of the free tour, because many think that they do not have to pay anything, and reference is made to an amount so that they have an idea of how much is commonly offered as economic valuation to the guide
