Mi chiamo Rafael Sánchez, mi considero un estroverso, con un dono di parole e persone, impegnato nella mia terra. Oltre a conoscere molto bene Tenerife, ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere molti paesi in Europa, come Germania, Belgio, Italia, Paesi Bassi ... ecc. Rafael ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Er hat und pünktlich am angegebenen Platz empfangen. Es war eine sehr informative und kurzweilige Zeit in La Laguna mit ihm, Rafael macht seine Stadtpräsentation mit Herz, Humor und viel Wissen. Rafael didn't show up for the tour. I messaged him personnally and in the group chat and never answered. This is really unprofessionnal. I lost time waiting at the meeting point for nothing. He could have told me the tour was cancelled. Rafael no se presento. Lo escirbe un par de veces y nunca me contesto. Perdi mucho tiempo esperando. Me parece muy unprofesional de no avisar que no habia un tour cuando reserve hace 9 días. Rafael ne s'est pas présenté et ne m'a pas avisé. Je lui ai écrit à plusieurs reprises et il ne m'a jamais répondu. J'ai perdu beaucoup de temps à attendre au lieu de rendez-vous. Pas professionnel du tout de sa part de ne pas aviser ni répondre aux messages.
