Ciao, mi chiamo Matej Eber e ho fondato Free Walking Tour Leipzig nel 2017. Dopo essere arrivato a Lipsia come studente Erasmus, mi sono innamorato della città e ho deciso di rimanere. Attualmente siamo il tour più votato su Google e TripAdvisor. Oggi siamo un gruppo di 7 guide: Svetlana, Florian, Johannes, Juan, Alejandro, Marius e io. :)

Excellent tour and an outstanding guide! This was one of the best free walking tours I have attended. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and engaging throughout the entire tour. He managed to connect Leipzig’s rich history, music, trade, architecture, and the Peaceful Revolution of 1989 into a fascinating and coherent story. I particularly enjoyed the explanations about Bach, Goethe, the Battle of Leipzig, the Monday Demonstrations, and the city's transformation after German reunification. The guide shared many interesting anecdotes and local legends, making the history come alive. The pace was perfect, the route well planned, and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. After the tour, I felt that I truly understood what makes Leipzig such a unique and important city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Leipzig for the first time!
