Tour muy recomendable
Tour genial! Aprendes mucho de la ciudad con Claudia, además lo hace muy ameno, cambió el recorrido del tour para no coincidir con tantos turistas y poder hacer las visitas más tranquilos. Muy recomendable, además al finalizar el tour nos dejó un QR con recomendaciones de la ciudad.
I've connected with guides through GuruWalks in several cities and always had a great experience, unfortunately The Walkings was the first that didn't go well. We were contacted the day before because the time had been pushed back an hour - which was no big problem, but still meant us changing up our planned day. Having done so, we got to the meeting point at the new time and the guide didn't show. We waited 20 minutes and attempted to contact The Walkings by message and call with no response. 2 hours later we received another message explaining our guide had been stuck on a train and the other guide whose number we'd messaged/called was leading another tour at the time so couldn't answer. They offered to give us a tour in the afternoon, but the suggested time was less than an hour away and we couldn't make it. They were extremely apologetic and it seemed like a genuine explanation, but it still spoiled our day somewhat. I'll try GuruWalks in other cities, but maybe The Walkings aren't resourced enough to be entirely reliable if you only have time to do one specific tour whilst in Cologne. A shame.
