Ciao! Siamo Bookmarked London, un gruppo di scrittori, poeti e attori londinesi innamorati della ricca storia letteraria e libraria di Londra. Tutti i nostri tour si concentrano sul lato letterario di Londra e sull'ispirazione che alcuni dei più grandi scrittori di tutti i tempi hanno tratto da questa meravigliosa città. Tutti i tour di Bookmarked sono guidati da Adam, scrittore e poeta locale, o da Leo, attore e scrittore locale. Adam è una guida turistica a tempo pieno, poeta, scrittore, presentatore di eventi, avvocato (in via di guarigione), tifoso di calcio e appassionato escursionista. La sua prima raccolta di poesie, Poetry Will Have To Do, è stata pubblicata nel dicembre 2023 e gestisce una serata settimanale di narrazione chiamata Storytime London. Inoltre, gestisce Bookmarked, l'agenzia che organizza questi tour letterari a piedi, come lavoro a tempo pieno. Leo è un attore e scrittore. È apparso in Waterloo Road e Doctor Who sulla BBC e ha interpretato il ruolo principale in Creation Stories, un film sulla vita di Alan McGee. È anche attore teatrale e ha fondato e diretto la compagnia teatrale Gutter Street.
Such a fun and informative tour! I really enjoyed the weaving of english literature, poetry, and history provided by Adam. His energetic delivery and personal touches demonstrated passion and true appreciation for the written word. Such a wonderful investment of my time! I left there wanting to reread written works and read new ones.
Leo' enthusiasm, passion and professionalism are untarnishes by guiding me solo. I learned alot and am impressed by all the stories about literature laureates. A great tour for me.
Really interesting and informative tour, thank you. Adam was welcoming and friendly and kept us entertained and engaged throughout the tour with interesting facts and great storytelling. We were a small group and there were interesting conversations between us and with Adam as we walked. A really good tour led by an excellent and enthusiastic guide. A great way to spend an hour and a half. Highly recommend!
