Just awesome
Osama showed us all around the best places to eat in downtown Amman so we saw authentic top quality places. He gave us a fabulous lunch too.
Osama is a very knowledgeable guide. He covered a lot of aspects of the city, perfume making, local fruit, vegetable and meat markets, spices, savory and sweet dishes the locals like to eat and their way of life. I really enjoyed the 2 hour walking tour, we tasted a lot of different items as we went along. Highly recommend this tour.
Ossamah was great. He took his time and explained some key points on the tour. We asked around the main areas with regards local foods and spices and souks. To finish we went to Ossamahs house where he had prepared fresh houmous and moutabel and THE most amazing homemade fattoush salad for starters followed by homemade Maqluba (upside down) dish. Really really excellent food. He and his lovely wife were excellent hosts.
