Our original tour guide (Andre) did not show up. We waited 30 minutes before we were notified that another guide (Phil) was on his way. Other than this unfortunate delay Phil did a wonderful job filling in.
Our small female Guide Kristin or Kirsten ( sorry If the name is wrong ) was very good. Good voice, slow enough speaking, she had the big group of more than 20 in control. At her 7 to 8 important stops, she gave detailed information. To history, signifikant people, buildings and trivial.
Our guide Kirsten was AMAZING!!! I’ve done another tour in Ottawa (as well as elsewhere) and she was the best. She was loud and clear and funny and knowledgeable. I am Canadian and she made me proud. Well done. Thank you
