Annie and her adorable dog Lilly made my visit to Belém absolutely unforgettable! Annie is incredibly friendly, full of fascinating stories and deep knowledge about the history of the area. What stood out most was her kindness and consideration. I have a hearing issue, and she went out of her way to make sure I could follow along, adjusting her pace and always checking in to ensure I was comfortable. That level of care made the experience not just informative, but genuinely heartwarming. Highly recommended.
