Hello Elaine. I am sorry to hear that. The guide was there at 10AM and the tour was held as we had about 40 guests! Are you sure you were at the right location i.e inside Valletta city gate? The guide was wearing a bright yellow shirt and holding a yellow umbrella which was difficult to miss! We never cancel our tours! And if we in rare circumstances that we do, we definitely make sure to inform all the guests!
