Un placer haber elegido a Hossamito para el freetour. Nos ha explicado la vida cotidiana de los egipcios, sus costumbres, tradiciones a la vez que visitábamos el down town y palacio real. Para terminar el tour hemos cenado un plato típico egipcio. Gracias por todo Hossamito! Muy recomendable!!

Amazing tour !

First we went to the church and got to see the beauty of all the carvings and the auditorium. Then on to the Garbage cite to see all the rubish piled hig. It really stood out after the Church. Iwas amazed at how the rubbish is sorted by hand. Our guide new all the locals and they were very happy to talk to us

Hicimos el tour “El Cairo Antiguo: calle El-Moez y bazar Khan Khalili” y no podríamos haber tenido un mejor guía que Karim. Desde el principio fue puntual, muy amable y demostró un conocimiento impresionante de la historia, la arquitectura y las costumbres locales. La caminata por la calle El-Moez fue como retroceder en el tiempo, y Karim nos ayudó a entender cada detalle con explicaciones claras y apasionadas. En el bazar Khan Khalili nos sentimos completamente acompañados y asombrados de toda su belleza, Karim no solo fue un guía, fue un anfitrión y fotógrafo excepcional que hizo que cada momento del tour fuera especial. ¡Lo recomendamos 100% para quien quiera vivir una experiencia auténtica y enriquecedora en El Cairo!

We had a Cairo food tour with Akram Elsheikh. It was a fun filled evening of exploring the food culture in Cairo. Akram was a fun guide to hang out with - personable, informative and helpful. He took us to various places to eat, our favorite (and we are still think of it today) was the Abou Tarek Koshary (and rice pudding). Along the way, Akram showed us different parts of Cairo, and allowed us a glimpse of what the food culture and life in downtown Cairo is like. We enjoyed the food that we would not have known to try (or where to go to try). BTW, organizing the tour with Rami/Lulu was easy and they were very flexible and accommodative to my requests. Thank you!

Islam's tour was really great. His English is perfect and he didn't take us to any stores where we were supposed to buy anything. He told us very interesting facts about Muslim culture and we also went to a mosque together. I would describe Islam as very friendly, trustworthy and open minded.
