Paula, Ivana & Tonka - Guida turistica a Ragusa

Ciao, mi chiamo Paula. Sono nato e cresciuto a Dubrovnik. La mia città è la mia passione e se questa è la tua prima visita a Dubrovnik, posso garantire che non sarà l'ultima. Sono coinvolto nel turismo da quando avevo 15 anni. Ho lavorato con mio padre nell'azienda di famiglia, guidando visite guidate alle isole vicine. Qualcosa che era solo un lavoro estivo trasformato in carriera. Ho studiato giornalismo e turismo, ma il mio amore per la storia e le comunicazioni ha vinto, quindi sono diventato una guida autorizzata. Penso che non dovresti solo vedere Dubrovnik, dovresti provarlo.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Game of Thrones and Old Town tour with Tonka. She held our attention for 2 full hours (including our 10 year old child). It was informative, fun and interesting. We learnt things that you definitely don't read online. Highly recommend this tour to anybody going to Dubrovnik. MUST DO!

Dear John, Thank you for your review. However, I have to be direct - your feedback does not reflect the reality of the tour. From the very beginning, you stated that you were unfamiliar with Game of Thrones, which is completely fine, but throughout the tour you repeatedly disengaged, wandered away from the group, and showed little interest in the explanations being given. More importantly, after the segment where I speak about the 1991 war, which is a serious and meaningful part of the tour your behavior became even more dismissive. Shortly after, you left the group entirely and did not complete the tour. Given that you did not stay for the full experience, nor actively participate while present, it is difficult to consider your review as a fair or informed assessment of the tour. I welcome honest and constructive feedback, but it should come from those who actually experience the tour in full and with a basic level of respect for both the guide and the subject matter.
