I was disappointed in this food tour especially as it started by going to a mall and going to franchise shops. Kenya was late and seemed to be in a hurry. I did not like that she didn’t consult with us but ordered food on our behalf and too much. Also it isn’t right that the price we pay is for the food that the guide also eats. We pay for the tour so she should pay for her own food.
Although it was only Adi with his colleague and I on the tour I had an interesting few hours. Good variety in what we saw and plenty of background information. By doing this tour you get a great overview of Malang
Make sure you come with an appetite as you have a chance to try many different foods as well as learn heaps about the history or Georgetown & Malaysia
You will need to stay focused as even with the headset it was difficult to hear not due to the equipment but the guide didn’t always speak into the mic. Good over view though
