She never showed up. Seeing the comments, it seems like it's not the first time it happens. We were only 2 people for the tour, so maybe that's why...

Your time and expectations are very important to us, and I deeply regret that I couldn’t be there to guide you as planned. The no-show occurred due to an unexpected personal situation — I was unavailable due to a recent childbirth and related health complications. We should have communicated this in advance or ensured a backup arrangement, and for that, I take full responsibility. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially if you had limited time in Jaipur. Your review is a reminder of the importance of timely communication, and we are already working to ensure this never happens again. Arunansha and her husband gave us an excellent tour of Jaipur! They gave a lot of interesting insights, they were super kind and highly professional - we very much enjoyed the tour! Would highly recommend it! :)

Arpuna was a wonderful guide, she's from Jaipur and seems to know the city so well. She gave us a very customised tour which was perfect for our Little family. We started with Jaipur history lesson in a cafe because we needed some relaxed time with our 12 month old baby before heading to the streets. True local tour by a local, the best experience we had in Jaipur! It reconciled us with the city after two days with touts and haggling about almost everything;) I would push every friend who is visiting Jaipur to go for a walk with Arpuna!
